Finally went to Off The Grid, a roaming food truck extravaganza.

Two trucks that were my highlights, Senor Sisig and Chairman Bao:

Senor Sisig's burrito of pork, adobo rice, pinto beans, lettuce, salsa, cilantro cream sauce with an egg (!). This is the perfect breakfast burrito.

Also, their tacos weren't too shabby—pork, onions, lettuce, cilantro cream sauce on corn tortillas.

Chairman Bao's famous steamed buns—pork belly with pickled daikon.

I need to go to more of these!
