Nacho Friday!

Another Nacho Friday was in place at Gap. It seems like the cafeteria is doing this dish more frequently, even though I checked back and the previous time was in April. It feels like it was only a few weeks ago I had this for lunch.

The more frequently they do Nacho Friday, the less special it becomes. Plus, nothing can compare to the first time I had nachos at Gap. Mind you, the first time was piled high with all the good stuff, marinated chicken, shredded lettuce and guacamole. The current nacho plates come with meager toppings - cheese, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream and a small gallop of guacamole.

Nachos need to be piled high! But, maybe it's a good thing or I'd passed out in my cube in the middle of the day.
