A colleague of mine was craving for some nachos last week. The chefs upstairs must have heard her. ;)

Last Friday, the saute station was serving nachos with cheese, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, black beans and cilantro lime sour cream. As I made my way back to my desk, everyone oohed and ahhed at my plate. It definitely catches your attention and everyone knows the nachos are yummy! :) Such an easy, simple meal that hits the spot, every single time.
