A Plate Full of Amazing.
My colleague told me to rush upstairs to the cafe for lunch and after one look at her plate, I immediately went. The reason for the urgency is because if the cafe runs out of something, that's it, you don't have a chance to order it.
I went upstairs and stood in line, contemplating on what I should put on top of my nachos. The list of options was extensive, but there were only a few left - chicken, homemade cheese sauce, enchilada sauce, guacamole, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and cilantro). I ended up getting everything that was offered except for sour cream (got to at least cut out SOME cals :P). Back at my desk, I took one chip and gushed at the amazing taste. The melted cheese was divine (and that's a big statement from someone that has a funny relationship with cheese). I should have asked the chefs the next day what cheese they used... The enchilada sauce was so good too. Spicy and tangy. The entire nachos dish was sooooo good. And fortunately, it wasn't as greasy as my last post from El Farolito . What a deal too! Only $5.95! I've been at Gap for a year and half and this is the first time they've had a nacho bar. I hope they have it again! :)
